Return/Exchange Policy

If product is purchased from WWW.OLDFRIENDFOOTWEAR.COM

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return item(s) for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date.  All items must be unworn and returned in original condition.  All items must be returned in the original packaging.  Original shipping charges are not refundable and customer is responsible for shipping charges back to Old Friend Footwear.

If product is purchased from WWW.OLDFRIENDFOOTWEAR.COM and consumer is returning as defect.

Worn merchandise that appears defective may be returned within 6 months of receipt for a replacement product.  Once we have received said merchandise, we will examine the product(s) to determine whether or not a manufacturer's defect does exist.  Replacement merchandise will be shipped at no cost to the customer.  Reasons why defective merchandise guarantee may be voided include, but are not restricted to the following:

1. Products was used for activities they were not designed for.
2. Product was used in conditions not recommended by the manufacturer.
3. Excessive use or product mistreatment.

If product is purchased from a retail store or an online retailer.

For financial reasons, all footwear must be returned or exchanged through the retailer (store or website) from where the purchase was made.  Each has their own process for handling and managing the process.
